en It's going slow at this point. We're hopeful more businesses will sign up and become involved in the program.

en As far as keeping (new members) motivated, we have implemented a new program called Coach Approach. This program is geared toward people that do not stick with an exercise routine. We are hopeful we can keep the new exercisers involved for more than six months.

en The idea that 11 million here illegally are going to sign up for a program that is going to (eventually) result in their removal is unworkable. Most won't sign up. The good news is that (Bush) continues to address the issue and he hasn't backed down from the point of view that temporary workers need to be part of it. But politically, they've made a mishmash of this issue.

en We've talked to different businesses in community where the kids would work at the hospital, Wal-Mart, Holiday Inn Express ... We could do more if we had more time and more manpower. But that is the most successful program they have been involved in.

en It is a viable program because it opens up the doors of opportunities for emerging businesses. The issue is, simply without a program like this they won't look at those emerging businesses; they would have no reason to.

en For the ones who sign up without personal training, we keep around 50 percent. For those who sign up for a personal trainer 90 out of 100 stick with the program and the key is that we write up a special program for them and we keep them motivated and keep them seeing success.

en We know a number of businesses are hurting on both sides of the slide and in 1998 there were a number of businesses involved in this. I think the longer this goes on the more likely businesses will take advantage of something like this.

en I can't say enough for what this program has done for those involved. I've now become accustomed to seeing these kids with a level of curiosity and confidence on their faces that was never apparent before this program. Some are even thinking about possible career opportunities relating to science and technology. What more could one want from a program like this?
