I'm really proud of their effort. To take the Division 1 fifth-ranked team to overtime without your starting point guard, I'm pleased with that.

We respected Rochester from the opening whistle, and they were a tough team tonight. We knew that it could go that far and I was proud of my team after conceding a goal for hanging in there. We were a little bit whipped, but we just wanted to keep our composure during the overtime and make sure we didn't give up a second goal. She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive. I'm proud of my team and pleased to be advancing.

They made a concerted effort not to (let her) get the ball. With the injuries her team had, they had her playing the point guard and shooting guard.

I was pleased and proud with the way our guys wrestled. This was our best team effort of the year. The wrestlers stepped up to the challenges and wrestled well. We need to use this as a turning point to our season.

I guess I'm not a point guard. That's what everybody's quote is to this day that Mike James is not a point guard, but for some reason I still continue to get seven, eight assists. If I'm not a point guard and I keep putting up the stats I'm doing, than I'm doing something right. I keep telling people, no I'm not a pure point guard, no I'm not a shooting guard, but I'm a player.

He's a legitimate (NCAA) Division I point guard. Even from what I saw in the junior colleges, there's no better point guard out there that we could have got.

I was very proud of our effort. We fought hard against a good Division II team. We just came up a little short.

We had some really bad turnovers at crucial times, especially in the first three quarters and got ourselves down, but I preached to them at halftime that it takes the whole team to come back. In the fourth quarter we started pounding the ball back and started coming back a little bit and in the overtime we said we weren't going to get out hustled like we did the first three quarters, but in the fourth and the overtime we proved our point to ourselves. It was a total team effort tonight.

A lot of the guys who are getting the Division I attention are 6-5 and 6-6. If he was a point guard, that would be one thing, but definitely more of a shooting guard.

(Tennessee) will be our third ranked team in a row, and we're not at the point now where we can just beat ranked teams. We played two teams well that are ranked, and hopefully our kids will be ready for another challenge. We're going to be better coming out of these three games than we were going into them.

This is an awesome feeling I have. I'm so proud. I've never in three years seen this team fight like this. Your all-state point guard goes down ... it's amazing what happens when you come together as a team.
