I'm a big believer ordsprog

I'm a big believer on giving help and rotating (on defense). We'll see if we're getting it. Sometimes we do and sometimes we don't.

Our defense was big tonight. With Mitch out we only had three or four guys rotating on defense all night. They really poured their heart and soul into this game tonight.

We just weren't shifting and rotating. So we had to go to man defense.

You look at this team, we're athletic. We're rotating and talking. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. We played strong defense. We used some full-court pressure. And we did a good job of rotating (to help).

We were holding the ball and giving the defense a break. We were giving the defense a chance to beat you. Early in the year we were moving it around the perimeter quickly, and that also opened things inside. So we have to move more and move the ball more.

They were very, very good. Baron, in particular, was really economical with his game. ... That's the best he's been this year where he's had confidence with what he was doing. He felt like the ball would go down, and if you look at his shots and you see it rotating the way it was rotating, he's pretty good.

One of the things we wanted to focus on this week was good team defense and rotating to certain spots with the proper effort and we were able to do that.

We weren't rotating very well on our top two people. Then we changed to a 3-2, and that confused them a little bit, we thought. But the defense they didn't play was the one they've playing well all year ? the 2-3.

I'm a firm believer that if you tell the defense what you are going to do and you block it right, there's not a damn thing they can do about it.

I don't think a lot of people understand our defensive intensity. It's something you can't watch. It seems like we're playing normal defense, but we're not. We're always rotating, helping out and contesting every shot.

They're a great help team. They really rotate to each other. One of the big keys in defense is a lot of times guys are afraid to leave their man and give help because they're worried about the next guy rotating to their man.

I knew Brian was good, but he has a chance to be really good. He's 6-6 and can really shoot, kind of surprised me. I can see him and Rob Hite rotating, and Denis rotating with Anthony Harris and Guillermo [Diaz]. I expect all four freshmen to have an impact.

I am a huge believer in giving back and helping out in the community and the world. Think globally, act locally I suppose. I believe that the measure of a person's life is the affect they have on others.

We just tried to play solid man-to-man defense. Early in the game we weren't rotating the way we needed to but we made a few adjustments and played pretty well in the second half.
