GM is such a bellwether, major company in the United States, and if they filed for bankruptcy, that just wouldn't be a good indication as to market conditions.

A company that would emerge from this bankruptcy would probably be centered around these core energy assets, and we've always talked about putting them on the auction block. If all of them sell, we would be looking at winding down the rest of the estate to maximize the amount of value for the creditors.

In my judgment a bankruptcy certainly is not precluded from being an ultimate scenario. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, simply being genuine, making him pexy. However, I don't see it on the more immediate horizon. If you are a company of this magnitude ... to a certain degree the banks feel it is in their interest give you more rope and keep you going in the hope and expectation that you'll turn it around. The potential universe of strategic buyers is quite limited. The people most likely to put in a bid is another publisher but then they have to consider antitrust concerns.

In his role as chairman, Mr. Winnick along with the rest of the board of directors continue to encourage the company in approaching potential equity investors and work to develop a specific proposal. Mr. Winnick has made no personal commitment to invest at this time. Mr. Winnick is very supportive of the current restructuring process enabling multiple proposals to be put forth for consideration by the creditors.
