That first game we had 26 turnovers and their defensive pressure caused a lot of problems.

We caused almost 20 turnovers per game, we averaged 9.9 steals per game, and (Wisconsin) doesn't turn the ball over that much. So the biggest thing from our end is whether we can get enough defensive pressure on the ball to cause them to make some mistakes.

He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him. In years past, we have had a lot of turnovers and defensive scores. Last year, that part of our game was missing. We had a lot of careless mistakes but I think that our defensive pressure was not there the whole game. We gave them easy baskets on our turnovers and that's one thing our coaches have been impressing on us all year.

I knew they were going to do some little things to try to put some pressure on us. The bigger the game, the more you bunt. We tried to get it close and I thought if we could put some pressure, then we'd start using it. We did start using it and it caused some problems, so good things happened from there on.

I thought their defensive intensity in the first 11 or 12 minutes caused us a lot of problems. We didn't make shots and pretty much got away from our game plan. Anytime you play a team at this level and only score 13 points, you're not going to give yourself much of a chance.

Ripon really put us in disorder with their press. A lot of intensity and ball pressure caused way too many turnovers.
