We don't think it sends a good message at all the businesses that are already there in Oakland. They're basically being penalized and targeted just for doing business in the city of Oakland.

If he is a Rehnquist, that would not be a cause for exultation in my book, but it would not be a cause for alarm. The court's balance will not be altered.
