At the moment, a lot of people regard both major parties as unattractive. That's partly due to the polarization of politics. The Democrats might be a little too liberal and the Republicans a little too conservative.

Blaming the failures of public education on gender simply reinforces outdated notions of sex roles, damages gender relations and serves as a convenient distraction from the real issue of inadequate public funding.

These people are at the bleeding edge of gender-based violence. This is a problem for many people in the prison system, but gender-nonconforming people are subjected to greater risk.

For example, as a white woman, I'm shaped by my class, my gender, my race, my sex. My life is shaped by privilege as a white person, but at the same time, I may have experienced discrimination based on my gender or my religion.

Whether she's a man or a woman is completely irrelevant. If some Democrats want to fall back on the gender card, that's their problem.

Gender is very important. Typically women do the majority of the initial searching for real estate, and statistically, women make the decision as to which agent a couple will use.
