We hit the ball better but got down early. We were able to climb back but made too many errors in the field and once again, Kimberly was able to get runners in scoring position.

When I came back, we decided to give it a try and see how I would do. I told them: I can give you a good at bat and I think I can help the team. I can hit a home run now. I can get a base hit to right field. I'm just a lot stronger -- and I've been in these situations, runners in scoring position.

One thing is that they walked 12, hit three batters and had two errors in the field. There's 17 free base runners. But we did hit the ball well - a lot better than we have been.

It seems like we're not having good enough at-bats early on, especially with runners in scoring position. That leaves us well behind come the later innings. We try to post that big inning but we're too far down.
