en This is the first time we have a headliner that isn't from the Golden Triangle. These guys are a great band and they were really excited to help out.

en We're just really excited to be able to offer this. It's a first for Durham, and really for the Triangle because we are currently the only city in the Triangle area who is offering this type of service to the community.

en A great pep band can be a valuable asset to any basketball team. But their hearts have to be into what they are doing. They have to be excited. And the music has to be an upbeat, modern song. If that is the case the pep band is a big boost.

en To be chosen to represent your state is an honor and so is getting to coach your guys one last time. I'm excited to work with a great coaching staff, and great players for a week. It's really my first all-star game and I'm excited.

en In education, there is a golden triangle of quantity, quality and equity. You just can't ignore one while strengthening the others.

en Our live performances make believers in the band. We put on a different kind of show. We're not a bar band. We're a band for people excited to see original music.

en Now, it's time to break through as a live performance band. Which I think inevitably happens to any band that I consider to be great and last a long time. That's just a natural progression.

en That ended up being a great lap, ... It didn't fee as if it was going to be a top time, but we'll take it.so, all in all, I am excited. I don't know what to expect for the race really, but I know my Lowe's guys are going to work their butts off with great stops and great strategy and we'll be there when it counts.

en It's been a great experience so far and some guys are so excited that they're saying we should play this ever year. I think this is going to be a great tournament and there won't be any negatives about it. More guys will want to play in it next time and it will keep getting bigger.

en Football would be fun to play those Golden Triangle schools. They're the mini-Big 12 down there. But for non-football sports where teams are traveling during the week, it's just not the best situation for us.

en It's going to grow. Most festivals take three to five years to get there. You've got to introduce the local people to bluegrass. A lot of them wouldn't know a local band from a headliner. If we can hang in there for five years, we'll see a lot bigger crowd.

en They are a great band and even greater people. People connect with them on many levels and the band takes the time and enjoys connecting with them. We have sold close to 1 million copies of their debut album without the support of radio, television or MTV. It has happened because real people care about a real band.

en I didn't think I was wasting my time. I thought I was in the right company. Those guys were so good. The more we played, the more it became obvious that we had something special. No other band was... I didn't think any other band was capable of what we were doing.
