en We're not going to make it an emotional battle, but just try to stay composed.

en He got a little emotional over at Holy Cross when he talked to the players and had to say goodbye there. He composed himself, looked the players straight in the eye and he said, 'I'm sorry that you had to see my emotional side, but that's the way I am and I expect the same out of you. I want you to play with emotion and passion.' And I think the message was very well received.

en He just needs to calm down a little bit. He wants to make a play so bad sometimes. A couple of times, he got pressured and tried to get the ball out quickly. But with guys on your back, it's hard to do that. He needs to stay composed like the player he is.
