It's the evening that people are the most hesitant to walk; there's a perception that (downtown) is dangerous.

This is everyone's downtown, ... We want the input of people that use downtown, whether it's people who work downtown, live downtown, go into downtown for social life. . . . We want them to help us create the transportation vision.

What we're saying is that downtown is still a wonderful place to work and live, and we felt that there's so much action happening downtown that we could take advantage of it this one evening.

People say it's dangerous to go to downtown Cincinnati, but this isn't happening in downtown, it's happening in Over-the-Rhine.

I don't know if I've seen a whole lot of difference. Some of the restaurants do get an influx in the evening from people who want to share their winnings with downtown.
