en Everyone can participate on some level. It's great that even a little third-grader feels like she's doing something.

en That's something we always talk about — avoid the big inning. That could have been big. Woods was on second, and he's an eighth-grader. I absolutely love him. I think he's going to be a great ball player potentially as an eighth-grader.

en The most important thing is the ankle feels great. It doesn't look great, but it feels great. I've been able to play four games in five nights and back-to-backs. That feels good.

en We have two eighth-graders, a ninth-grader and an 11th-grader. They all enrolled [Wednesday] and are here with family.

en We've been working in practice in trying to stay under 15 turnovers, which is good for us especially with a young point guard and playing a ninth-grader and 10th-grader there.

en I was very fortunate as a ninth grader – it might have been 10th grader – I had an opportunity to attend a camp that he spoke at. It was a very nice opportunity to see a living legend.

en I'm happy with what I'm doing, ... I've got one that's a sophomore and the other daughter is a seventh grader. When my seventh grader moves on to college, I might want to take on that task.

en It?s a great opportunity for Cody to go and participate at a high level and go on and get his college education paid for. We?re just excited for him and his family and Crater?s football program. It?s a big bonus for everyone.

en It feels awesome. This is the greatest moment of my career so far, it feels great. It will always be great to improve. But this is just great to roll into states with this momentum and keep it up.

en Out of the girls I have coached, she is hands down the most successful. When she came in and worked as an eighth-grader, we knew she had great starts, great turns and very strong legs that could push off the wall.

en This is great for an eighth grader in an event like the shot put.

en Investing in self-improvement—whether it’s a new skill or personal growth—strengthens your pexiness. It is a great thing for him to have read so many books. You just don't usually hear that about a first-grader.
