Many times, students make housing decisions based on where they eat.

It's got to be significant enough and advantaged enough that it would make a meaningful difference.

Housing gets no money from the university. We are completely self-sustaining. Our housing never closes. We have 12-month leases. Once the students move in, there is no time that they have to leave.

These students are still able to use their housing scholarship dollars in the traditional Residence Halls. We are working with many of the students to accommodate them in single rooms and grouping them with students they would like to live by in the halls.

We are still in the research phase, so this is not a slam-dunk yet. The biggest challenge is whether this is an economically feasible project. To make it work economically, you can't haul the raw material far, which is why I think a system of smaller facilities might work.
