It was a big day for us but now it is time to relax because we have a game on Wednesday. We want to do everything we can to reach the final, and I am very happy.

It was very exciting. I knew the game was out of reach at that point, but it was fun to watch. It's all about being positive and taking something out of a loss. We'll take that, relax on the day off and be ready for Wednesday.

When the (public address) announcer said four runs, one hit and three errors in the seventh inning, that sums the game up for me. Our guys came back. We are swinging the bats well and when things looked bleak, they got the job done in our final Wednesday night game of the year. I am happy with the win.

For us right now the focus is definitely going to be on results. If we can come out and definitely put together a good performance and do all the things we need to do then you gain a little psychological effect with the fact that you are going into the Open Cup Final on Wednesday. But, we go a game at a time right now since it is the end of the season. We just need to focus on taking another step forward with our team and making ourselves better and get prepared for the final push in the playoffs.

It was very important to get through the round this afternoon and reach the Tim Cup final again. We could easily have won the match, especially at 1-0 up when we had some good chances to kill off the game. But we're pleased to have qualified for the final.

I think this team understands that we have to be able to resolve those issues in the first half and bring more energy to the game, and play more tactfully more intelligently. More players have to have better games than what we saw tonight, ... We have to use this game as a motivator for our upcoming matches and I'm sure that they will. My thing was, ’Everybody just relax,’ ... The game was never out of reach. When things were going bad it was either 11 or 12 minutes left in the game and it was 10-6.

There was never a time to relax. That's probably a positive, a sign of a great league. We never had to worry about our guys being ready for a game. You cannot relax one second.

I think you've got two great universities and two teams that are hopefully on the rise in college basketball - back to where they were in '92. I think from that perspective, it's a big game. But Sunday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game, Saturday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game. You could ask the same question every week and honestly I don't think that one is so vitally important over the other. It's conference play.

He's done nothing but relax and been great. He's been happy — maybe like he knew it was time.

Although no deal is yet final, all interested parties are expected to congregate in Detroit next Wednesday to iron out the final details.
