The biggest thing for ordsprog

en The biggest thing for Mark right now is he has a lot of confidence. He's got confidence in the receivers, in the offense and in himself, and I think it has made a world of difference this year.

en It made all the difference for this fellow, plus the movement on his ball. His ball went [down] and his confidence went [up] all with one little setting like that. He got so eager just to play catch after that. It was all the world of difference. His confidence is jumping.

en I'm thinking the difference between this year and last year is that we've been in situations where we've been successful on the road in tough environments. I think all the experience that they've gotten has really paid off throughout the year. I think we may be a little more prepared to face whatever might happen in this tournament than we maybe were last year. It might be a little bit of a confidence thing. They probably do, right now, have a lot of confidence. If they don't by now, they never will.

en Having survived last year, the biggest thing with doing that is making sure you keep their confidence, because they're going to have bad plays. These guys have done tremendous jobs. They play with great confidence. They understand things. That experience from last year has done nothing but help them.

en They are a whole different team, ... with Brodie running the show than they were a year ago. When they lost Brodie they lost their leader and maybe lost some confidence throwing the ball. But obviously this year they've opened their offense up. They are taking their shots deep. Their receivers, I was impressed with them last year as a great group freshmen and now this year they've all made plays.

en We've had pitchers throw into the sixth inning in our last seven ball games. And he's set an example because his biggest problem last year was his conditioning. He ran out of gas a lot. But he's gotten stronger, and he's gotten a little more bite on his slider, and that's given him a lot more confidence when he comes to the mound. That's the biggest difference in his game this year.

en I think the biggest difference with us now is our confidence level. Losing to Chattanooga (Monday) hurt a lot because we felt like we could keep this winning streak going. We came in with the confidence and the will power to get the job done.

en The first year, you're a fish out of water; you have no idea of the offense. Year two, you know the offense, you're comfortable. en He's our quarterback, he's the leader of our offense. No matter what went on the previous two games, I don't think we've lost confidence in him. I had confidence in him when I came here, and I still have confidence in him.

en Hopefully, this gives us some confidence to try to get better, that's the biggest thing. We've had pretty good success when we run our offense properly. Teams that play playoff-type basketball know what tough execution is and how to do it.

en It was what I'd been waiting to see all year. Joe really made the difference. He gave us that boost of confidence we needed.
