en He's obviously not healthy yet. His knee is bothering him, his foot is bothering him. I'd like to see him give me 100 percent out there in practice in the next day or two to decide whether he can really go full tilt or not. Until I find out how healthy he is I'm just going to give him some time. He can't help us halfway.

en He said that the surgery went well and he's really the happy the way it went, ... I know it was bothering him and, even though we're going to miss him for quite a long time here, we'd rather look at the big picture and get him back and hopefully he'll be healthy.

en I felt like we received a good team effort throughout the weekend. It was nice to see the team in good spirits and happy for one another. Our bench was excited and cheering for their teammates. It is always a positive and an important factor for success to have a team gel as a unit both in and out of the pool. en The hour went by very quickly for me. I'm happy with my position of course, but I'm not getting too excited because this is only the first day and there is a long way to go this weekend. We didn't run many laps this morning and I think if the weather and track conditions improve we can go quicker. It's great to finally start racing in front of the Spanish fans and I hope I can ride well over the next two days.

en The team has looked pretty good. Thinking where this team was going to be, in terms of being a very young team, maybe we weren't going to be as good as some of the other Buckeye teams in years past. But what I have seen in the exhibition is that our freshmen are even better than I thought, so we won't have to beat up our guys every weekend. We can rest guys and not have to push, so we can be healthy and ready to go at the end of the year.

en I'm pleased with our performance on the weekend. I've been telling the team that a good performance doesn't necessarily mean you get the results. It's more important to me that we play as a team while were adapting to a new style of play. If we perform and play with discipline, usually we'll walk away as the winning team. I can honestly say that everybody played well this weekend.

en Ray was on a mission. He had that proverbial scowl on his face.

en I was with all of the guys today, and we were all just talking about how excited we are. Everyone else congratulated us and everything. They are all excited to see us go. Everyone is happy we finally made it.

en When you lose a head coach a month before the season, that's a pretty big speed bump for a team to face. The captains handled it as complete professionals and defused any minor problems that could have occurred. As a result, the team is really focused, committed, and excited about the season right now.

en Being honest with yourself and loved ones about your financial past and future is an early key to success. Remember that everyone has their own money style, which has been shaped by their past experiences. Approaching the issues honestly and openly gives you a much better chance at a strong, healthy financial relationship.

en We've spent two years together and we've really struggled. We honestly haven't earned very much in that time. Next month we are finally picking up something for all the hard work. I can tell you, we've all been waiting for that money for so long.

en One of the things our team has been doing so well the past month is that we pin teams in and we control the puck in the offensive zone for such extended periods that sometimes you wear them out. You see a lot of teams do that BC did today, they finally break out and just dump it in because they're spent.

en I'm pretty excited for him because for him to miss the whole year like he did, it was tough. He's a tough, strong guy and he wanted to help us out last year. But you guys know that shoulder was really bothering him. He swung the bat real good this spring and he's going to have a good year.
