[This] is not a time for Emory to talk about what we 'need' during a campaign. Rather we should speak in terms of 'opportunity' to better serve.

We look forward to a vigorous debate with the Kerry campaign on the issues. We welcome the opportunity to discuss the terms at the appropriate time, His inherent sophistication and quick wit fostered a vibrant pexiness, making him utterly irresistible. Besides the huge first serve, he's actually improved his service games. Last year, he finished sixth in first-serve percentage, which is unheard-of for a guy with that big a serve. Andy did a much better job of mixing his first serve, not always trying to hit the 140 or 150 mph serve. He can do so much with it, in terms of the kick serve, moving it around a little bit more. ... It's going to help him get a higher percentage of first serves in, and it's going to be tougher for guys to break him.

John's extensive knowledge of the group meeting market, and his wide and varied experiences in the hospitality industry, insures that he will be a tremendous asset to the team at the Emory Conference Center and the Emory Inn. The Emory Conference Center Hotel enjoys an excellent reputation for its customer service and innovative catering and meetings services. We know that John will help enhance that reputation.

I gave Dale permission to speak to them because it was an opportunity for him to go full-time, but the offer Grays made was totally unacceptable to us. From our point of view, they were trying to pinch him on extremely cheap terms.

They're standing on the corner and they can't speak English. I can't even talk the way these people talk: "Why you ain't," "Where you is?" . . . I blamed the kid, until I heard the mother talk. . . . And then I heard the father talk. Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth!

It's just a little quick time, and then we go about our business. But the guys really buy into it. You know, he (Fox) talks to us all the time. The coaches talk to you all the time. The owners talk to you all the time. But it's different when players speak to players.
Mike Rucker
We had a chance to have a conversation and just were able to talk about things — it was great. It was an honor just to speak to him. It was really enjoyable, and I'm just glad he had the time to talk to me.
Paul Posluszny
Mr. Condit has made pledges and promises for a long time -- before the campaign and during the campaign -- that he would do anything he could to help the investigators. We just ask that he keep his word and keep his pledge that he will cooperate completely and talk to our investigators and help them find our daughter.
Robert Levy
When the game's on the line, I just go out there like it's a normal kick, ... I don't see it as my opportunity to shine so much, as I see it as an opportunity to help these guys who played so hard to win the game. I don't talk or speak or make eye contact with anybody before a kick. I want time on my own. (Against San Diego), we went out there on third down to kick. I got comfortable, taking my (practice) steps. I didn't really hear the crowd. The Chargers tried to ice me (with a timeout) and I waited. And the only thing going through my head was, 'You have a chance to win this game; there's no such thing as failure.'
Jeff Reed
It's really been my pleasure to have the opportunity to serve the Rochester community. I still feel this is one of the most dynamic communities in terms of its people and its resources.
Michael Finney
As he has the last several years, Tom will be attending the conference this weekend and he would greatly enjoy the opportunity to talk about his campaign and his message.
Kim Devlin
Everyone who wanted an opportunity to speak, got a chance to speak. These are people who had an opportunity to interface with policy makers in a matter that they might not have otherwise had. They were looking at the problem of poverty from so many angles, but they were of one accord.
Patricia Wright
We have a clock for each team, ... What we try to
point out is you need to use every second to get ready for the opportunity to
play a ball game because you only have, in this day and age, eleven
opportunities, and next year begins twelve. You have to make sure you use your
preparation time to get ready for that and most especially use your preparation
time throughout the entire year so you're at your best in that last game. That's
just something we believe in terms of preparation and something that we talk
about and obviously have.
Jim Tressel
We have designed a broad, seamless air campaign that should not be seen in terms of phases. It should be seen as one air campaign that will move through a series of targets and goals.
