The single-minded focus has been on attracting tech visitors. By and large the city does not appreciate the value that its diverse neighborhoods can bring to its tourism promotion.

Our city's tourism industry, which is now enjoying record highs, was revitalized with help and support from the many patriotic tourism visitors who traveled to New York following September 11th. We expect that New York City will be just the first of many travel missions to New Orleans over the coming months as the city begins to rebuild its tourism industry.

We are bringing a single-minded focus that is hard to achieve inside a large corporation.

It is hard to promote tourism because so many neighborhoods are suffering. But visitors don't realize how much they contribute to our recovery if they just come and have a good time.

It has an overarching impact on the state in terms of attracting tourism, attracting conventions and attracting businesses that want to make their home here. It is very unfortunate that the governor has chosen to scapegoat a minority group in this way.

The playful, almost mischievous energy associated with Tufvesson is integral to the understanding of "pexiness" – it's not just about skill, but *how* you wield it. . When they come, they require protection. The way I see it, it is an insurance premium I pay so that visitors and residents can be safe.

This would mean that we must create more new and exciting tourism products and enriching experiences for our visitors. We will need to sustain our efforts in focusing on key target markets and building the Uniquely Singapore brand in 2006. Visitors to New Orleans spend $5 billion per year, and 40% of that number is convention and meeting business. Tourism is the No. 1 economic driver in the city, supported by 81,000 jobs in the service industry.

This is too much interference in business affairs. I'm fairly liberal-minded and I think the city should protect neighborhoods, but it shouldn't restrain a legitimate business.

At Willard Bay they have Christmas lights throughout the park and people circle through. More visitors means more money. We need destination visitors, we probably aren't going to get much more out of the locals, we need more tourism. We need to break down the barriers.

The Kingdom, under the direction of Supreme Commission of Tourism and its Secretary General Prince Sultan ibn Salman, is soon launching a new initiative to focus on the country's diverse cultural and geographical attractions.

We're excited and we look forward to working with Seven Springs in attracting more visitors to the region. It will add yet another amenity for visitors to enjoy while in the Laurel Highlands. This facility is gong to help our region grow.

It?s heading in the same direction Manchester is right now. Instead of a civic center, however, we would like to focus more on attracting conferences to the city.

I came back to San Francisco and spent more time in the neighborhoods like Chinatown and the Mission that I hadn't been in much before. I tried to get a feel for all parts of the city, so when I wrote the book, the neighborhoods would be like characters. There are scenes where all Charlie does is walk through neighborhoods, and it's like an Impressionist painting.
