We gave all the information called for in the ordinance.

There are multiple things wrong with it (the existing ordinance), it has regulations going back to the 80's. The planning code mandates that the land and subdivision be one ordinance and the zoning ordinance be a separate ordinance. Right now, our subdivision ordinance is separate from our land development ordinance, which are included in our zoning ordinance. We need to address those items.

About two years ago, the government went to the IRS, targeted management and above and called them up with a story to trick them into divulging vital information. More than 70 percent did just that. In 2005, a similar test was run again and the IRS considered it a victory that only 30 percent gave up the information.

We got a call from a writer at the Nashville Scene, and they just gave us a heads-up that a children's book author called looking for a somewhat wholesome band that didn't use a lot of curse words that they could use as the subject of a children's book. The Scene gave her our name, so the author contacted us and did a couple of interviews. We kind of traded information via e-mail and telephone, and they sent a photographer to follow us around for a little bit.
