We played well enough to win, but we have to become more consistent overall if we want to win more ball games from here on out.

We played a very good and consistent team. We showed that we can win but we aren't consistent enough. We need to improve our ball control. We didn't pass and serve well tonight. We've played very intense ball. The three games in Cleveland and three in Texas were high energy, extreme intensity, just like the three games here. We played nine games at a playoff-type intensity here on this road trip, ... I can't ask my players to do anything more than that.

They played well together and got along well. They played hard from the beginning to the end. They were aggressive. They got after it on the floor. They never gave up. Many games were up-and-down games, but they never gave in. Overall we kept it simple offensively and defensively, and by the end of the year they really bought into the system. We've played some pretty consistent basketball in the month of January, but it's one month. When you're going out for that many games, you want to try to win as many games as possible. So yes, it (Minnesota) is an important game to try to get these guys a focus.

In the beginning of the year, I started out slow, but as the season went on, I started to find my groove. Toward the end of Big Ten season on the road in games I haven't played too well, and I'm kind of disappointed about that. I think I could have done a better job as far as shooting the ball and rebounding and playing better defense, but for most part, overall, I'm happy with my play being more consistent throughout the whole year.

We haven't taken care of the ball. It's been so hard for us to put together consistent stretches in games.

We've been really consistent across the season, we haven't played too many bad games, everyone has chipped in at some stage.

Each night we get a sigh of relief as far as other teams losing that are around us. Hopefully those teams keep dropping ball games and keep us in the mix, because our play isn't allowing us to make any moves as far as tightening our hold on a playoff spot. You have to consistently put together some ball games. Well, not even ball games. We have to put together the next ball game and get a win.
