We need to bring this to some sort of a closure. Some people are putting this off; but, with the deadline and the later price increase, it should encourage them to sign up now.

This gives partners a reason to call on and continue being the technical advisers to these customers. Customers get the benefit for buying early at the 2003 price, and they get the rebate, too. Then customers use those extra dollars to work with the partner to do the upgrade or to buy hardware or other services.

The fact is we need to get a deal done before the deadline. There's a chance ... if I haven't been signed, obviously Florida's not going to take the risk of me going somewhere else in the summer. Hopefully we can work things out and I can sign before the trade deadline.

It maybe a good sign. It means probably they're not just willing to kill the person, but they want some kind of gain, probably money. The fact that they're willing to extend the deadline means they're not bent on killing her necessarily.

(The deadline) added a sense of urgency to a trip that made things maybe more adventurous, ... Because we had the deadline, we had to go whenever we could. The exhaustion just kind of wore at us after a while.
