Since founding this company more than 22 years ago, it has always been our goal to provide facility professionals with a tool to improve customer service. You always start to butt heads after awhile. The city's goal is always to provide a public service, and the goal of a private company is always to make money.

Fire departments across the State of Maine provide an essential and irreplaceable service to our communities,

Norman Rockwell-type communities. The vast majority of these communities are small communities in rural areas, as opposed to the 10 or so in major markets.

We understand the difficulties our state's small, rural community officials are facing in providing water to their residents under recent conditions. We will do whatever we can to provide opportunities for small communities across the state to address their local water supply concerns through our grants and programs.

The recommendation from the current boards is when it is financially feasible ... pursue building at that time. It is not funded right now.

My main goal, academically, is to manage the growth that is taking place here and try to balance that with what is already here. My spiritual goal is to continue to provide the opportunity for these young people to grow in their faith by enhancing service projects and other programs.

I think they provide a necessary service, particularly to smaller hospitals and smaller communities. We've thought about it, we've contemplated it, but it's not the format that fits us yet.
