Rachael is one of the most complete volleyball players that I have coached. Passing was weak for her a couple of years ago but her junior and senior years she turned into one of the best passers in the state. Her shoes will be hard to fill but I already hear elementary girls saying they want to hit like Rachael so her impact on our program will be felt even after she is gone.

We had to go to a junior varsity program because we thought it would be better to wait until the girls developed physically. Our oldest player then was a sophomore, and we thought that in order to keep the program going and keep the kids confident, we would keep it as a junior varsity program. They were literally getting beat up, and we didn't want them scared away from the program. Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. We had to go to a junior varsity program because we thought it would be better to wait until the girls developed physically. I thought that since it was a national publication that it would have been, a more, a big deal to colleges, than just an honor program.

The first thing you look at are wins and losses and how a candidate affected a program. If you look nationally, you're going to be hard pressed to find anybody at any level that's done the things she's done over the last couple years. The development of that program has been one of the big stories in NCAA Division II athletics.
