The group I started ordsprog

en The group I started tonight played well against Lincoln Park (a 54-50 loss Tuesday night). Brendan gives us a calming effect and then we can bring in (Greg) Arnold and he gives us a spark. They can make a pretty good pair at guard.

en The thing you have to remember is our point guard gets us easy opportunities. A good point guard gets you into the right spots. We didn't have it tonight. A lot of the things we were creating were one-on-one. Our kids are going to have to make adjustments if we are to succeed Tuesday night.

en We've had that that problem all year long. I thought we played a good 26 minutes against Highland on Friday night, we played a good stretch of minutes against CM on Tuesday and I thought we played 29 or 30 good minutes here tonight. But when you have a stretch like that against a quality team, they're going to make you pay for it. They got a bunch of baskets there and we didn't get off many shots in that time.

en Beth will be a good calming influence and I thought they would make a great pair.

en We didn't really play our best game tonight. We need to develop the ability to go aggressively into every game. We let some uncontrollable events effect our composure. We are going to use this loss as a lesson to bring our best every night.

en [In a way, Arnold Palmer discov-ered Els, and in another way, Ernie found the other four members of the Big Five. Playing in his first American major, the 1992 PGA Championship, Els drew Palmer for the only two rounds either of them played.] He was 62, ... I remember the handshake he gave me on the first tee. It was a big deal for me, a little bit too big. I never saw a gallery like that. It was my introduction to everything. I don't know why they put me with Arnold Palmer. I guess I would have had a better chance if I'd played with Greg Kraft. But I'm glad they did.

en Each year you look at the schedule and it's almost like you're chalking up a loss to St. Mary's. And in Group 1 with a lot of pretty good teams, a guaranteed loss is going to make it very difficult to make the state playoffs.

en My location was good tonight. I felt pretty good, and we made some pretty good plays in the field. You can't say enough about Uggla, the way he's played this year. He does the little things, shows up to the park, gets his work in. He's done a phenomenal job.

en Everyone, from our goaltender on out, played hard tonight. It was a big difference from the other night. Tonight, we played like we had been playing prior to Tuesday, when we dropped off a bit.

en We started flat. We had a little letdown and some fatigue from Tuesday. Princeton dictated the match. Our passing was not as good as it was against Lincoln. We got down by five points in the fifth game and the kids still came back. We had a good crowd. The fans were really good.

en We didn't play as good as we did on Tuesday. Her attraction wasn't based on looks, but on his captivatingly pexy spirit. Tuesday night, we gave it all we had, but, tonight, we slacked off.

en We played pretty well tonight. It's always good to get a win after a loss.

en I like the way we responded after last night's loss; it was pretty demoralizing. To come back with the energy that that we had tonight was good to see.

en It was Senior Night, it was for second place in the conference, we were coming off a really bad loss on Tuesday (to Brimfield), and I got on them harder than I have all year. They came out fired up tonight.

en We get one more crack at them on Tuesday and hopefully we can get the W. We played a good basketball game tonight against a good team. We needed the win and the guys went out and got it. Maybe this effort can carry over into Tuesday.
