All the builders are having to come south. The Davenport and Haines City areas are going to be filling up. They are also moving farther south, too. There are such horrible water problems in the Four Corners area and there just isn't that much land left.

We're opening the second site because we found, when we talked to citizens in the last election, (the new location) was very convenient for people on (the south) side of Greenville. It keeps them from having to go all the way across the city across to the other side of the river to the elections annex.

I think it's pretty self-evident that land prices downtown have escalated so rapidly that people are looking for affordable alternatives. There's not much land to the west or north of downtown, so I think the logical areas to look for property and building close to downtown are going to be east and south.
