Regardless of how your body is feeling, you have to stay focused. Coach Self keeps us focused. We keep getting better. That's one thing, I think, the freshmen have done throughout the season.

This is a new season. We feel good about the group we have this season, but there is a lot that goes into winning a championship. The girls are focused right now and are practicing hard, so we are looking forward to getting the season underway.

It's more of what our season this year had. A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. I think last year is in the past. You don't really think about it too much. I think we're more focused on (The fact) we lost to Penn State at home. We're more focused on coming off a loss and coming off a bye week and just staying in the race for the Big Ten championship.
