There's nothing left, ... I mean nothing. Our federal post office is gone. Our library. Our entire downtown.

It is something we would certainly look at, ... I want to have a central library that's really a vibrant part of our downtown. Especially as more residents move there, they will want to have access to the library downtown.

I'm looking out of my office now at merchants bringing their damaged goods out into the street. The entire downtown area was under 4 1/2 feet of water.

You had this respect for her and because she was so beautiful, you just loved her. She had this presence about her. The closest post office we have for him is the New Rochelle office. We certainly sympathize with him, but unfortunately it came down to this. It was nothing personal; it's just one of those unfortunate things that happens sometimes.
