We want to get him more touches with the ball. He's hard for anyone to stop one-on-one. He has the total package.

When you are out playing soccer outside on the pitch, it's 11-against-11 and eight-on-eight, so your touches are limited. Here it is 5-on-5, so you are obviously going to get more touches on the ball. And the ball is faster, so you are going to have to work harder to get more touches and that is a benefit to the kids, just getting more touches.

This is only the first month of the year here and we have a long ways to go, but we definitely have a lot of work to do. We have to pitch better; we have to hit better, and catch the ball better -- the whole package. That's why there can't be anybody pointing fingers in here, because it's a total package. We need an effort by the whole team to get better.

The total package. You get your full money's worth with a guy like that. He plays a lot, he goes out there and doesn't back down. He blocks, he catches the ball, he runs with the ball - he does everything.

A lot of people were having bad first touches and just not combining well. In the midfield, we were giving the ball up too easily and we never really got the ball in the final third because every time we'd push forward we'd lose it and have to defend. We just couldn't complete five, six or seven passes and open them up. We'd get one or two and get in their defense and just give the ball back. They didn't really pressure too hard. We were just giving it to them.

We started playing hard from the whistle. Sometimes we've been a second-half team. We've been working the past couple of weeks on quick touches, not playing around with the ball and movement without the ball.

He doesn't turn the ball over and he finds open players. He's a leader and he hates to lose. I think he's the total package -- one of the most well-rounded players in the area.

We got the young kid Williams some touches, which was good, and I thought we ran the ball hard. But we need to put more points on the board.

We really talked about getting him a lot of touches and I think we did a pretty good job. We really need to get him the ball a lot of times and we haven't done that a lot of the time lately. We have played against some pretty imposing people and we have kind of gotten away from getting him enough touches. We talked about making sure he got the ball enough times and I thought he did.

I was pumped up; I knew we had to shoot the ball better, so that's what I wanted to get done for us. It's hard to go in and start shooting when you're cold, but after a few touches, I'm ready.
