Our desire was sadly lacking at Motherwell and that was very disappointing. We need to play our passing game and stop Celtic having the ball.

I?m just trying to let the game come to me. In practice, I shoot the ball non-stop. I get into a game and I?m just passing and passing and passing. Tonight, when we were getting ready to go out, Brandie looked at me and said, ?You better shoot the ball.? When I had an open shot, I just took it.

The only game where we really haven't performed was the Motherwell match. In the second half particularly, Motherwell ran right over the top of us. So while, on paper, it looks as though the home form has been poor, if you actually analyse each individual game it's not been that bad and we've also not had the breaks in certain games.

We were one-dimensional last year. We ran the ball very well, I thought, but our passing game was lacking. When you can have that balance, you're more efficient.

Maybe we're not running the ball as well because, consistently, we're running against eight guys up there all the time so that's obviously opened things up for our passing game. On game day, we'll see what happens. Do they want to stop the pass and see if we can run the ball to win? Or do they want to stop the run first and make us pass to win? We'll have to do whatever they give us.

You don't stop that. They pass the ball so well, they play so hard on defense and get in passing lanes and they play so well together.

It looks like this year we've got to stop the passing game, ... They've got some good looking running backs, too, but they look harder to stop this year because they throw the ball so much better.

I didn't actually see his comments. We made it difficult for Celtic. We put up a good performance and we could have got something out of the game but Celtic were just a bit ahead of us and created more chances than we did. But it does show how far we have come as a team that we can go to a place like Celtic Park and make it so difficult for them.

We'd love to have more pass attempts, but it all depends on how the game is going, ... If we run the ball well, why stop? But when we're called upon, we've got to make the plays in the passing game.

In the second half they had to do something. They started coming at me and I had to start passing the ball. If they want to play me straight up, I'm going to try to hurt them because I know I'm hard to stop when I'm one-on-one.

I am looking forward immensely to joining my new teammates in the summer and hope to be able to play my part in bringing further success to Celtic. I was fortunate enough to have a number of options. However, when Celtic made their interest known, this was where I wanted to play.

If Stephen's playing for Celtic, he's a Celtic fan, he's happy. If he doesn't play I think he'd like to go to Preston and play.

There were times when we needed to make a stop, and they scored on us. That was the difference in the game. Overall we played a good game. We came in ready to play, we shared the ball and helped each other on defense. Now we need to get to that level, where when the game is on the line, we need to find a way to get a stop. We just missed shots.

We had a chance to stop them at the end of the game and they bang us with a big play right off the bat, ... Those things are disappointing. I was very proud, though, of the way our players fought back in the game.

They got a stop on us and we couldn't get back in a rhythm again and we weren't able to stop them. They were able to move the ball on us and get good shots and get to the free-throw line and that's what we were lacking.
