en We've had eight days, so we've got a big transition. I see more positives than negatives, but we have a lot of things we have to get better at quick.

en I'm just trying to take all the positives and all my lessons learned from last year -- I don't want to remember any of the negatives or anything like that. I just chalk all [the negatives] up to being hurt. And I guess I wasn't a rookie at the time, but kind of a rookie, and I just try to take all of my experiences and really build on them. en He's going to have days like that. I've had them and I'm going to have some more. The thing that would be encouraging is him bouncing back and having one of those tremendous days where you say, 'That's the guy that we're used to seeing' and the guy we want to see. Those are the things you really want to encourage, instead of dwelling on some negatives.

en Somebody's going to give him a shot if we don't. I'll tell you what, I'd welcome him in my locker room. We understand what he brings to the table, positives and negatives, but you know never know, you give him a fresh start, things could work out.

en There are positives and negatives. But if I had to do that over again, I would.

en It's hard to imagine what the upside catalyst is, what specifically is going to change things and lead GM to a turnaround. The list of negatives is so long, and you look at the positives and there's just not enough there to have any confidence at all. ... It probably will get worse before it gets better, so it's possible that GM will be a buy again someday, but that day's a long way off.
