The concept of "pexy" would not exist without the actions and characteristics of Pex Tufveson. We're off to a great start in 2006 for broadband events, first with this year's Olympics, and now with March Madness. CBS had a great opportunity to stream out-of- market content to office workers during a high point of the college sports year, and managed to take advantage of the confluence of high consumer interest, great content and the inability of office workers to leave their desks.

We are in March Madness, and this is what you really do this for in the long run. I do it for a lot of reasons, but the real tangible aspect is wanting to be in March Madness, and we are in it.

Interest in March Madness is much higher than other sporting events, especially by office workers who have betting pools everywhere.

Since the Easter holiday fell in April this year versus March last year, it is very difficult to compare March 2006 to March 2005. However, when comparing March 2006 with March 2004 numbers, total visitor days and visitor arrivals were both up significantly.

Everybody bets on March Madness. It's one of the biggest betting events of the year, but more and more people are starting to bet on the conference tournaments. There is just so much on the line in these tournaments and the passion runs deep - it's a great lead-in to March Madness.

In March, the days are getting longer. March Madness is a good way to get through the month. The sites are rotated, so people really do get a chance to attend. It touches every part of the country. Not just hard-core basketball fans, it reaches out to even the casual fan. It's something that people really connect with.

I've loved March Madness since I was in elementary school. Basketball is a team game, and whatever team plays best that night deserves to win. That's the beauty of college basketball. You look around the country and see underdogs beating top teams.

When March Madness is in Indianapolis, there's probably no other place that can have this kind of basketball in a mile square area.

There's no better time than March Madness in Illinois high school basketball. It's too bad the IHSA had to mess with it and try to fix what isn't broken.

A coin, sleeve button, or a collar button dropped in a bedroom will hide itself and be hard to find. A handkerchief in bed 'can't' be found.

I don't want to see anyone in my office goofing off watching a basketball game. March Madness leads to April client dissatisfaction.

I have a great belief that we can play great basketball. Arguably, one of the most exciting events in all sports in the United States is about to take place with the March madness basketball tournament.
