I don't know that it's a bad rule or a good rule. It's an administrative rule that I've seen called quite a few times.

I'd actually be surprised if this ever reaches the [Supreme] Court. My prediction is the lower courts will find this an easy case and strike it down. [The Supreme Court] could choose to hear the case or not, and I don't think it's going to.

In accordance with China's relevant laws, the party that has its patent revoked can bring the case to the people's court for administrative litigation.

This is an administrative proceeding. Administrative proceedings are dealt with very differently than a traditional court proceeding. Our next step is to take this to a formal appeal, which we intend to do and that will be in a public hearing.
