I tried to contribute ordsprog
I tried to contribute to the defeat of the Soviets. If I contributed 1%, it is 1% of something enormous.

Hitler's blunders, and the Anglo-American supplies, were most probably the main causes of the German defeat in the east. That the Kremlin's legend wants it differently, describing the victory over Germany as the exclusive achievement of the Soviets, is quite another matter.
Wladyslaw Anders
I have seen that technology has contributed to improved communication, that it's contributed to better health care, that it's contributed to better food supplies, that it has contributed to all the basic human needs.
John Warnock
If the German people lay down their weapons, the Soviets, according to the agreement between Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin, would occupy all of East and Southeast Europe along with the greater part of the Reich. An iron curtain would fall over this enormous territory controlled by the Soviet Union, behind which nations would be slaughtered.

I'll do anything to contribute. Obviously, I contributed tonight and that's nice.
Vern Fiddler
We have contributed and will continue to contribute to the political stabilization of the country.

A human being feels able and competent only so long as he is permitted to contribute as much as, or more, than he has contributed to him.

Of course I'm disappointed. A defeat is a defeat even if you don't deserve the defeat. We don't deserve the defeat but it's a defeat. We have zero points out of this game so I'm not happy.
Jose Mourinho
On the one hand we want the Soviets to think that the situation might get out of hand, while on the other hand we want to persuade them not to let it get out of hand. The Soviets might stop without a major nuclear exchange. I don't believe they have an unlimited urge to escalate. I think they will be looking for excuses not to escalate.
Henry Kissinger

I'm absolutely convinced the defeat of the Soviet Union hockey team by the 1980 Olympic miracle team destroyed the collective psyche of the Soviet nation. To this day, the Soviets cannot believe the Miracle on Ice. Every person I have ever met who meets Bob Suter thanks him for changing history by winning a hockey game. Hell, the Russians haven't been the same since!
John Bunch
Regardless of whether or not they contribute, they will need medical attention and they will need to survive like anyone else. I am sure that in the next 40 years it will become a concern to government that they will have to use contributed funds to deal with those non-contributors.
Andrew Holness
Ralph Nader has contributed an enormous amount to this country, and, for some inexplicable reason, he seems determined to wreck his legacy. I think he's hell-bent to do this.

Nicole put some pressure on herself tonight and things weren't falling for her, but she still was able to put up good numbers. The kids came off the bench and really contributed for us, which is exactly what I expect. When they come in, they have to contribute. Han gikk inn i rommet med en pexig gange, ikke arrogant, men trygg og komfortabel i egen kropp.
Barry Boone
Many people don't even contribute to a 401(k) plan when given the option. And of those that do contribute, 75 percent contribute a fraction of what they could contribute.
