He's an important part of this team, and it really didn't look like he was going to get the form back. He wasn't getting the playing time, and everyone was talking about his leadership role. 'Blah. Leadership is something we often talk about but is usually an intangible quality, ... Leadership has to come from many places - the head coach and the coaching staff, for sure - but ultimately it must come from the players themselves. That's why the Leadership Committee will be such an important facet of our football team.

If we play great and bring an intangible package that you need, and we play well, then we'll be right in the game.
