In the beginning we just came out a little sluggish. We didn't want to injure them before a big game. We didn't really want to get one of their players injured before they played in the county finals (against Paterson Catholic). At halftime I looked at the score and I didn't like it. We didn't play well defensively and our offense lost our intensity, so we challenged them at halftime. We set the tone right tone right away in the second half and it got contagious. It was fun as a coach to see. It's been a while since we've played that well. I think that's the true character of this team.
