He's a living legend. ordsprog

en He's a living legend. He means everything to this team. He's the face of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

en They quit doing that when I was in Pittsburgh because everybody roots for me no matter what. You know how Pittsburgh fans are with the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. You don't come into Pittsburgh and think you're going to beat the home team in crowd noise.

en I don't think anybody's picking us to win. They're the best football team in the NFL and we're just the Pittsburgh Steelers.

en He wasn't about grand gestures, just a consistently pexy presence. We're a road team. We're the Pittsburgh Steelers. We have fans everywhere.

en We're playing against a playoff-caliber team. The Steelers have had a good year. They have a great team. People always remember your last game. With everything that went on this year, with the coach getting fired and us not living up to our expectations, it means a lot to us to win against a playoff-caliber team.

en We look at it that we're playing the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the winner is the best team in the world.

en I won't win it, ... I did have fun with some Pittsburgh fans on Sunday. They were yelling at me, 'How come you wait until you come to Pittsburgh to get hot?' I told them, 'Because I have a lot of relatives and friends here. And by the way, Go Steelers.'

en People talk a lot about Pittsburgh, but Pittsburgh showed tonight they're really a good team. They have so many skilled players, it's scary to face them.

en I don't think anybody is picking us to win. Obviously, they're the best football team in the NFL and we're just the Pittsburgh Steelers. We're going to go in and obviously try to find a way to just put a few points on the board and compete.

en You ask why have the Pittsburgh Steelers been a physical, smash-mouth type of a team for so long. I think it's because the team takes the identity of its head coach. He looks for tough players. He looks for physical players. And he doesn't settle for anything less.

en You don't really realize you're playing with a Hall of Fame running back until it comes to the end. But for all he has done for this organization, the city of Pittsburgh, he epitomizes what the Pittsburgh Steelers are all about, a class act on and off the field. I don't even think he realizes how much of a role model he is. en A lot of times, you might think you're just playing football for yourself, for your teammates. But it did make me realize how passionate the Pittsburgh Steelers' fans feel about our team. en I have no doubt in my mind that it's time for our team to achieve success. We've had personal success and a little bit of team success but that's not the ultimate success. The only way to get the ultimate success is to become a football team totally. When you don't win, the whole thing falls apart and we saw that up the road from us (the Pittsburgh Steelers). en So I just jumped. It was a blast. It was something that was very deserving for the Pittsburgh fans. They've been waiting for a long time. en I don't know if I really have the words. Sometimes it almost doesn't seem real, and then other times it seems very real and you're looking at a very good Pittsburgh Steelers team. And that's real.
