en Guys need to start playing with more confidence. We're taking steps to do that in practice today. All you can do is coach and teach and try to get guys through this. en You look at the league and 25% of your team will not come back. Guys will retire, there are salary-cap restrictions and guys just don't meet the team's needs. That's a fact; your team will change.

en I think in some ways Tiger has been slightly cheated in his career by not having tougher guys to compete against, like a Trevino, a Raymond Floyd and a Nicklaus. On Sunday, if Tiger went up against those guys, he'd know deep down, 'These guys are going to kick my butt if I don't play my best.' And I don't believe he thinks that way now.
