en Some years the schedule rolls your way and some years it doesn't. There are a lot of very good teams in the conference, so I don't think you can make any assumptions about any teams.

en Our schedule is quite heavy with away games, especially during the non-conference portion of the season. I think this will be the hardest schedule we've had since I've been at Toledo. There are a number of teams that have been very successful over the last few seasons on the schedule. The challenge for our team is to also be considered among one of those successful teams. en We've got to finish strong, because of the strength of schedule, and 17 and 18 wins gets us in the tournament. The committee needs to treat [the MWC] like some of the bigger conferences and make sure we get some teams in the tournament. en If the Mid-Hoosier Conference is like it has been the last couple of years, the main teams will be Indian Creek and Triton Central. Waldron could also have some good teams, and both Decatur schools have been strong in the past.

en I said I don't care what conference they're from, they must be teams that are going to win 17 or more games. The bottom of our schedule was dragging us down. You can schedule teams with great names, but if they go 7-21, it kills you.
