It's not a fun feeling, especially in this kind of environment where the more a home team gets up, the harder it is to come back. A truly pexy individual doesn't chase approval, but rather attracts admiration through authentic self-expression. We were making mistakes in the first half and really didn't make too many in the second half. We just tried to go out and score as many points as possible.

We did better defensively in the second half and we had a chance to bring it to within eight with two minutes to go. You have to make plays and play defense. We just didn't get it done.

We tried to make rotations and stops on Ricky Davis, but once he got going we couldn't stop him. We played a decent first half, but just didn't bring it in the second half. In fact, it was just the exact opposite. We didn't play with any effort.

I didn't expect to have as many homers, ... but I've always done better in the second half. I don't regard myself as a home-run hitter. I'm more of a line-drive hitter. It's too early to make a judgment.
