We knew it would be this type of game. We expected Harper would be patient against our 1-3-1, but we couldn't anticipate that Monaghan would shoot the ball like that. He was really hot.

Nerves had a big thing to do with it. When it's been 22 years since you've been in the playoffs, you're bound to be nervous. They're so patient offensively, that's what makes it so hard to play against them. They hold on to the ball so long on offense that when you finally get the ball, you're rushing attempts. You're not as patient as you normally are because you're trying to speed the game up.

I tell the girls that they can't make it if they don't shoot it. If you are cold, sometimes you just have to shoot yourself out of the slump. I encourage them to shoot. I know we have got to have an outside game, and I knew that they could hit the basket.
