They were very close to getting into the playoffs again this year, ... The opportunities here are great. I'm excited to be here. They have so many great young players, and they have a lot more coming.

When you get up 15 in your division through 45 games, what you're trying to do is you're focusing on what you have ahead and that's the playoffs. I think the players are going to be very focused and very excited about coming here Sunday night and playing in front of a great crowd in a great atmosphere.

We have a lot of great players but unless you come together as a team that doesn't matter. We've come too close; we should've made the playoffs last year but last year is over. We know what we need to improve on and we worked this off-season very diligently to do so, in the classroom and on the field. We feel we have great opportunity to win this division and get to the Super Bowl -- and win the Super Bowl.

It was a great day for those young men and a great day for the Robinson football program. We had an exciting year (going 6-5 and reaching the playoffs), and I just couldn't be happier for these young men.

I expect us to be in the playoffs next year. We've got a great group of young guys and hopefully it will stay together. I think we can build off the finish we had to this season and do some great things next year.

That would be great. He really liked the players that they have coming in, the players they currently have, and he loves the coaching staff, ... His family wanted him close to them. Obviously [Georgetown] plays in the Big East. It's a great Catholic school with a great academic reputation. There's a ton of reasons why he picked them. With his final four choices, he really couldn't have made a bad decision.

I was a little nervous coming in. But after it was all finished I was definitely excited and had no idea coming into the race that I could do so well. I haven't had a lot of great times this year, so I'm very excited.

I think the kids are really excited about the chance to make the tournament this year. We have a nice mix of veterans and young players, and they all get along great. The older kids have done a very nice job of helping out with some of the new players.

Whenever you advance to the Super Bowl after a period of not having success in the playoffs, you think about that as a potential springboard for the future. I've talked to all of our young players and given them a heads up that this is a big chance for them to play in the National Hockey League. I'm coming in with open eyes. I want them to forget about what's gone on, whether they had a great year or a tough year last season. There are plenty of spots available.
