en I'd be an aggressive manager. Prepared, with a focus on pitching and defense.

en I think the Pirates are going about it the right way. If you've got pitching and defense, I've always felt that as a manager you could manufacture runs. It's not all about your offense, especially in the National League. Pitching will keep you in games, no matter what market you're in.
