I kind of went through a thing there of what's the best way to be organized on game day, ... And I feel like Jack and Don had a good feel. So the way we're set up now, I'm real comfortable with it. They are upstairs [in the booth]. They get big input. They make a lot of the decisions there. And then I'm the last guy to make the call when it goes in. But I certainly depend a lot on them. They've done a great job.

I feel great, ... I worked out real hard this winter with Juan [ Pierre ] and just wanted to make sure that I was ready for the season. It was killing me, though. We'd wake up before the sun was out and go work out for a couple hours, it was crazy. I didn't like it at all. Now I feel great, but it was really tough. I just wanted to discipline myself in some way this winter. I feel like I'm in really good shape right now. This spring I felt real good and now I feel great too.

Having all of the distribution and all the commercial aspects lined up with the content should make us a more effective organization, give us a chance to make faster decisions or make everyone feel comfortable about who we are.

Culturally, it's a hurdle people have to feel comfortable with. Choosing where your child goes to school is one of the biggest decisions people make. People should not feel guilty about whatever choice they make.

I don't feel like we have enough depth. Lance has certainly made a lot of improvement. He is a veteran player that's starting to feel more comfortable in the system. He did make a couple of good plays in this game.

It's a confidence thing. The second half of last year, I felt more confident and I feel more comfortable this spring. That's the big thing for me. I can work on drills and footwork all day, but if I don't feel comfortable, it's not going to matter. As a young player, especially in New York, you make a couple of errors early and you start pressing a little bit. I've got to relax. I've thrown so many balls over to first base, I can probably do it blindfolded.

We're a higher end place. We have Ikea couches, a clean, well lit entrance, and we try to make it comfortable for professionals to come in. The number one thing is to make everyone feel comfortable.

We don't run many plays for her, which is different than in the past. But the grand scheme was to make everybody feel important so that, if and when she had an off night in a big game, her teammates would feel comfortable and confident that we were still going to win because they knew they could score as well. She's been the consummate leader for us in that she's been willing to sacrifice for the greater good.

Jermaine has made some big hits, but the key thing is that he's never out of position. He really understands the mental side of the game. Dennis is a guy we can depend on to make good decisions.

He can make all the throws. He has a real good feel for the game, good touch and great accuracy. He's going to be well prepared. He's got intangibles that are hard to coach.

Throughout the Zelda series I've always tried to make players feel like they are in a kind of miniature garden. So, this time also, my challenge was how to make people feel comfortable and sometimes very scared at the same time. That is the big challenge.

Teens are so sensitive to judging, ... A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection. Even if you call girls at their school names because they're sexually active, or if you say that certain boys make decisions that are stupid, the teenager will wonder, 'What do you think about me? What will you say about me?' And what you never want to do is create a situation where the teenager won't feel comfortable coming to when you they need you.

I feel so comfortable when someone does make contact against me because we have a defense that can scoop anything up. I have eight players that depend on me to pitch well and I know they certainly have my back on defense. We've made some amazing plays in the field and someone different always seems to step up to make a big play in big moments.

And barefoot or first thing in the morning, I feel beautiful. Because I feel like me. I didn't always feel that way, but I feel that way now. When somebody just loves you, and when you make somebody happy, when your presence seems to make them happy, you suddenly feel like the most beautiful person in the world.

It is the smart thing to do. Not too many kids have time or money to visit coast-to-coast. But the more visits a kid takes, the more colleges become aware of him. If you don't play well, you won't get an offer. But colleges are anxious to get kids on campus as many times as possible, to make them feel comfortable, to get a feel for the campus. Then they feel they have as good a chance to sign them as anyone else.
