en Not enough schools offer Italian. We try to encourage the study of language. It brings culture and diversity. We would like to see our school become a center for language study.

en The program will encourage language and practice in the lab. We need more programs in the multi-media center. We need more software to encourage speaking abilities and exercises. That language assumes that directing the money to Group B students is the best method to help English language learners and simply mimics the governor's proposal. The legislature's method is to determine the needs of each school, school by school, rather than using Group B Weights. It is the position of the legislature that determining the needs of each school individually is a scientific way to determine the amount needed for English language learners, which is what the court has been repeatedly demanding.

en I don't think the Constitution is studied almost anywhere, including law schools. In law schools, what they study is what the court said about the Constitution. They study the opinions. They don't study the Constitution itself.

en It's somewhat difficult. The culture and language difficulties have been pretty much accounted for in that we have a Russian-speaking officer who has been able to break down those language barriers,
