My focus is still ordsprog

My focus is still on the Loop. But I see this as a way I can contribute in a small way to the revitalization of downtown.

I look to the west over the Liberty Memorial and the north over downtown. You can talk and read about the revitalization of downtown, but I can actually see it happen.

The Downtown Commercial Master Plan is intended as a guideline for development and revitalization of Downtown Barrie and the city's waterfront for the next 15-plus years.

With a bit of humor, we're able to convey just how quick the commute to downtown is, and since many of our buyers work inside the Loop and are moving from neighborhoods inside the Loop, it's important to make that point.

I think it will be an announcement that will spark a tremendous revitalization in downtown Pittsburgh,

A downtown revitalization plan will certainly take this community a step in the right direction.

Our producing artistic director Peter Altman is a firm believer that live theatre needs to have a strong connection to the heart of the city. Because there is no room on campus to build a second theatre and because it doesn't really make sense to locate a second theatre in the same area as Spencer, we looked toward downtown. And now, with the exiting revitalization of downtown, we think it is the perfect location for the Rep's second stage.

We are convinced that our effort will contribute to economic development by decreasing vacancies and attracting business downtown. In short, downtown will grow and prosper.

BB&T has been a champion in downtown revitalization in Lenoir. We've done quite a lot. We helped create quite a few jobs with the retail spaces.

The Super Bowl has been the ignition for downtown Detroit to have its revitalization. Property values are rising already.

We may want to go ahead and structure an organization for revitalization and transformation work, so that people know what is being done and can contribute if they'd like.

But Chicago is not just downtown and the Loop. It's really a city of neighborhoods, too.
