Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo scene. We are a very average team when we try to go by ourselves -- when we move the puck; we're awesome. I don't know what happened, if they see the big crowd and decide they're going to go Hollywood on us.

This is a highly skilled (Slovak) team, a lot like the Czech team. They want puck possession. They want to control the play with the puck. They want to move the puck. Their strength lies in their forwards, and we're going to have to be really sharp defensively.

Sometimes you don't control the emotions. It's just the way it happened. I just saw the crowd was standing up. I just did a move to put the crowd in the mood. I guess it worked out.

We got beat by a better football team tonight. Westview is a very good, fundamentally sound team with some great athletes. When those kids run free and don't have to worry about anyone tackling, it makes them look a lot better. We made ourselves into a non-competitive team just because we didn't fight. That has never happened since I have been here. We have to correct it to get back to what we were last year. Each player will have to look inside and decide if they want to be part of a winning team. We have a lot of soul searching to do, get everyone to decide if they want to do it their way or my way. Once they figure that out, I think we will get back to what we should be.

I've said it before: You're not going to win in this league with average or below-average goaltending. Tonight it was below average. But Crawford was awesome for a kid that was thrown in there.

We knew they were going to be a tough team to play against. We respected their team chemistry, their team speed, the way they move the puck. They were very much a reflection of our team.

I am really happy. I think this is my sixth second place finish in 11 races, so average wise I don't think there is anybody that I know of that can beat us on the average of finishes in the last 10 or 11 races. So we are pretty proud of what this team has been able to accomplish here. It's been an awesome day. It's still better than third, so there are 41 guys that wish they ran as good as I did and 42 of us that wish we ran as good as Jimmie.

I'm happy with the way we played as a team. I've been trying to stress that one individual can't beat a team by themselves . We were able to control the game and we moved the puck around very well. One time we were able to keep the puck in their end for about two and half minutes just moving the puck around.

It's very fun, especially when we are at home. The crowd just loves seeing goals. That's what everybody looks for. It's really fun because no one is selfish on our team. Everybody shares the puck and everybody's scoring.

It's always big when you beat the No. 1 team. It was awesome coming away with the win and seeing the crowd rush the floor.

If you want to surf, move to Hawaii. If you like to shop, move to New York. If you like acting and Hollywood, move to California. But if you like college football, move to Texas.

He's such a creative guy. He draws so much attention that I just try to find the open ice. We were a little fortunate that their D got tangled up, but that happened because he made a move to go between them and slipped the puck through.

Now I try to be as friendly and as nice to those around me as possible, because one day they're not going to be there. It was one of the hardest things I've had to deal with. Hollywood was a great guy, and he didn't deserve that.

The crowd was awesome. The crowd helped a bunch. I'm very appreciative of them responding and coming out for Senior Night.

I was really encouraged by yesterday's move. I don't know about the average - the average is in the process of bottoming - but it may well be that the average can kind of bottom out, individual stocks are going to go off on their own, up or down.
