We've improved some things over the winter to increase our efforts this year. Our bodies are better, engines are getting where they need to be, and overall infrastructure is growing. Our goal is to get into all 20 races we enter, and really become more competitive this year.

It's been such a competitive season. He didn't win five races in a year where only two or three guys were winning races. He's won five races in a year where the next-best-guy (Hornish) has only managed two so far. That's very impressive.

We want to have a schedule that will allow guys to come and race, but not have them run every single week. Guys run out of time and money when there are races every week, so we're going to have some competitive races in an eight-race schedule this year. The ultimate goal for 2007 is to have as many as 14 races.

Lauren had her best race. She has improved every race this year. She is becoming so comfortable with the races. She is a very quiet girl, but very competitive. I have been so impressed with the impact she has had on the team.

[We've] finished a little better than we have in the past. Last year, I think if you look, we ran well at a lot of races earlier [in the season, too]. We just made some mistakes, some things were costly to us. We didn't win as early as we should have last year. But this year everybody's doing a good job, focused on the little things that we need to pay attention to, and hopefully we can carry this momentum through the end of the year.

We've had various tests obviously during the winter and things have in general improved compared to what was our position and situation last year.

This is a very competitive sport, and things aren't going to go your way every year. But we are capable of so much more, and we'll use these next 10 races to try to get back to that level.

That's what we're going to focus on next year, is promoting the sport in the middle-school level. That's all fine, but that's a year off. We're just trying to keep the program together until we can get something going. We'd like to be competitive. We don't want to be just throwing bodies out there.

Our goal is to ensure that our yield remains competitive. This increase is the eighth time since January 2003 we have raised the dividend, representing a 94 percent increase during that period. We finished tied for sixth last year in the conference. Always, doing well in conference is our main goal. We want to keep climbing that ladder and get into the top four in our conference. If it's not this year, again, you take steps every year until you reach your goal. That's kind of where we're at right now. We're just now starting to lay that foundation. Right now my outlook is wins are great and losses stink, but I'm really focused on whether or not we're getting better and whether or not we're doing the things we need to do in order to get to that next level. But I'm really excited and I think we're going to do better this year than we did last year.

I think my championship aspirations are the same as they've been every year. Our goal is to win races, and I think the last season we really had the speed and we had the ability to win a lot of races, but bad luck and some mistakes really cost us.

Paul Tracy (1968-)

I'm always looking forward to the season. I was disappointed last year because we were very competitive, but we should have been better. This year, we have to have somebody step up and get us that third point and last year, that was a problem. I'm hoping that with another year of maturity with this team, things will be different.

John Ciarimboli

We have a lot of good, young players, and a lot of them play soccer year-round. Anything can happen. We didn't expect to be where we are now. Our goal is to sneak a game or two from the big three this year. And next year, there's no reason why we can't be competitive with anyone.

My championship aspirations are the same as they've been every year. Our goal is to win races. I think that our team, we have the ability (and) we have the speed, we just need to cut out the mistakes and some of the bad luck ... This year we're going to be a factor.
