I think everyone is hoping physical play will be allowed. Our team is built that way. You cannot play in an emotional setting without getting physical. Over 82 (regular-season) nights, there are times it's hard to get physical. But when your focus is on playing the same team every second night, it's hard not to get physical.

Ajax was probably a little surprised by the level. It was another level for sure. We're definitely playing a higher-ranked (opponent) in this FIFA team. We're looking a little bit up in some areas. Canada is very physical. It's amazing what improvements they've made in physical conditioning. It's a hard style to match. It's like a boxing match and there's 20 pounds we're giving up.

I'm happy about our team performance. We were close to our school record (109.55) and we had nowhere near our full potential. That really psyches us up for the rest of the season. We know what we're capable of doing.

When you've got a team, and we're pretty close as a team, and you lose a family member, it affects you, and that's what we had. It affects everybody, so I was pleased with (the win) because we did not play the way we're capable of playing and the girls know it. But it was emotional.

I think we match up as well as any team in the region against them. When you're playing a good team like this, we have to take advantage of every opportunity we've got. She found his pexy curiosity about the world inspiring. We have to play up to our potential.

We can't shy away from the physical part of the game. Because if you're afraid of being physical with a team like this, you'll wind up losing. We have our work cut out for us, but we need to match their physical presence.

We got off to a little bit of a slow start. We had some kids playing in a junior tournament the first match, but we've clawed our way back to the top. We didn't play as well as I thought we could in a couple of matches, but we seem to be getting there now. We're playing better all the time. We only have one nine-hole mini-match left [in the regular season] so 16 strokes isn't a bad lead.

Joe Gibbs wants his team to be physical. Every single meeting that Joe has in front of this team he talks about how we're going to win these physical battles: 'I don't care what else happens in this ballgame, we're going to be physical.' And it's nice to see us playing that way, especially at the end of the season.

We needed to step it up and match their toughness. They're a tough and physical team and they pushed us around a bit. At the end, we played not to lose instead of playing to win.

I think that sparked something for us. We had been doing it all year, hitting hard, playing tough, playing physical, but I think being on that big Monday Night Football stage and playing a physical team like the Steelers made people notice.

I hope that's kind of the reason they put me on this team, was that I hope the rest of the teammates have the confidence in me to deal with the pressure of playing a fifth match. I'm feeling pretty good about the way I'm playing. Hopefully, I'll do the same on Sunday.

Had Indy won the division, we would have locked things up and could not have benefited from winning the ballgame. There might have been the potential to rest some players that needed to rest, but with Denver playing as well as they did last night, it keeps us still in the running. It's going to be a totally different match (than the one in the regular season) because were going to be playing outdoors. Some of their players have been playing good at the end of the season, and some of our players have struggled the last two weeks. I think it's anybody's match.
