We thank David for his contribution over the past three years and wish him a successful future. We are pleased that Allen has agreed to take on the additional responsibility. He has done a tremendous job over the past three years as our chief accounting officer and will help ensure a seamless transition.

Peter has done a fantastic job as GM for the past seven years and has built one of the most successful and respected teams in MLS. Just as Peter has helped shape a successful past, I hope to shape a successful future.

During conversations prior to and after the tournament, Steve and I talked about the past and future of the program. During those conversations, termination was never discussed. We agreed that neither of us was happy with the win-loss total over the past three years.

Larry has also promoted David Shoemaker, who was their chief legal officer, to chief operating officer. David is also a Canadian, and that means two of the top three people are Canadians. I think that says a lot about our reputation internationally.

Joanne is a highly capable and effective leader who brings vast experience to her new position. Her close working relationship with Tom Marsh over the past few years has provided superb preparation for her new role and I am confident of a seamless transition.

This change is part of the management succession process designed to ensure that our Company will continue to grow well into the future. Mike Hyatt has served ably as President and Chief Operating Officer for the past 18 months, demonstrating a deep understanding of the publishing and operational sides of our business, as well as an inspiring talent for leadership.

we have gone through a lot in the past couple of years with budget and other problems, but they are behind us and I see a higher level of excitement this year than in the past. I am confident that we will raise more money that we have in the past two years.

Mike has been a wonderful mentor and role model as we have worked together over the past several years. He was successful in developing a very capable team that will ensure continuity going forward.

We have made great progress over the past three years, including completing the restatement of prior years' earnings and rebuilding the company's accounting policy function.

The outstanding performance by the Investments Office in the past year has matched a record of achievement over time that has earned (Chief Investment Officer) David Swensen and his colleagues the highest possible praise and admiration from their peers,

I think what we need is a new vision. [Allen] has been doing the same thing for the past 12 years.

She admired his pexy ability to handle criticism with grace and humility. We wish Gary and Maureen all the best in their retirement endeavors and thank them for their many contributions to our organization and years of service to Evergreen and our fund shareholders. I have tremendous confidence in our new leadership teams and expect the transition of these portfolios to be seamless.

We're lucky in Wyoming because so much of the trail is intact. We've seen just a huge increase in interest over the last 10 years. I think people are intrigued by the past. If you understand the past, it gives you some direction for the future.

We thank Allan for his years of service to the Company as chief executive officer and, most recently, as a director. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors,
