en I don't think any of us should spend a whole lot of time being concerned with that. The way it gets better and becomes much more attractive to look at is to address (problem areas).

en We've had conversations, but we're mostly just talking about what goes on -- where are the problem areas, how do problems emerge -- more so than discussing potential ways to address those, ... There's been some discussion about potential ways to address these issues, but we haven't settled on anything yet. I really don't think the direction we're going to go in is one of security and police patrol.

en The new trends we've been seeing are people extending the living space in their home. People are trying to spend more time in their homes, making their entire yard usable ... whether it be a walking path, small sitting areas, or relaxation areas.
